Devinely Blue deodar cedar is a semi-dwarf evergreen conifer with blue green to powder blue foliage, at its best in full sun, but will tolerate light shade. As a young plant its habit is somewhat mounding with a somewhat flat top, wider than tall. With maturity Devinely Blue becomes conical or pyramidal in shape with the advent of a slow growing terminal. Attractive branching with drooping tips like the species.
