Acer ‘Warrenred’ PACIFIC SUNSET®

painted maple

Outstanding Qualities

Pacific Sunset maple is an excellent medium sized tree that is very tolerant of urban conditions. This hybrid maple combines the best qualities of its parents Acer truncatum and Acer platanoides. It has very glossy dark green leaves that will develop a mixed fall color of yellows, oranges, and reds. This maple tolerates a wide range of soil conditions and would make a good street tree. It is also relatively pest free.
