Outstanding Qualities

Bold golden foliage is the outstanding quality of this herbaceous perennial which forms a clump to six feet tall and wide. In summer the compound leaves are topped by flower spikes of petite white flowers which eventually form red-purple to purple-black inedible berries in autumn. Birds, however, love the fruit.
